Service Description

Healing the core wounds that leave us out of balance and harmony takes action, movement and unconditional support. Curiosity & awareness are the tools to unwind old hurts and bring balance to body, mind and spirit. The energy of the Chakra system is intricately intertwined with the nervous system and can be accessed through our deeper understanding of this amazing system. In this workshop we will delve deeply into the first 3 chakras. Understanding the foundation chakras through age related development gives insight to our current life challenges. With unconditional love and support we will work together in a small group setting. There will be some writing, meditation, group work and movement practice included in this workshop. Disclaimer: All 3 sessions are recommended to work together for optimal healing, please be mindful when booking. This is sacred work and honoring yourself and others with your time and dedication is much appreciated. This work will involve looking, feeling and moving into some of our old traumas, family of origin and ancestral threads. If you can't make all 3, there will be other opportunities later in the year.
