A Little About Me

 

 I was born and raised in Central New Jersey, (that's actually a place). Born in a little town down at the beach in Monmouth County and I'm a Jersey beach girl through and through. I lived in Fort Myers in Southwest Florida from 2015 until 2020 and now reside in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania enjoying the rhythm of mountains, trees and streams.

I am here to support others with love, compassion, and kindness. My passion is to inspire curiosity about the body's innate healing wisdom, empowering transformation through trust, awareness, and joy. When we embrace this, we heal ourselves—and the world.

How I Work

 

Through an intuitive and integrative approach, I work with each client to create a healing experience tailored to their unique needs. No two sessions are the same, as each moment calls for what is most supportive.  

​

With love and compassion, I invite the presence of guides, ancestors, and crossed loved ones to facilitate healing on many levels. Ancestral healing can bring deep resolution to family and cultural patterns, while self-inquiry tools help uncover past experiences that may still affect overall well-being.  

​

Honoring each person as they are, we co-create a path that supports their highest good in the way that feels most aligned for them.

My Credentials

​

Here's a few of my professional credentials: Licensed Massage Therapist: FL/NJ/PA, Yoga Instructor-E-RYT500, Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner (Usui & White Light), Ayurveda Yoga Specialist, Meditation Teacher. I've trained in CranioSacral Therapy, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Eden Energy Healing, Crystal Healing, Shamanic Healing, Psychic/Mediumship Development, Sound/Vibrational Healing and various courses and trainings in trauma practice, currently working on my personal PhD in Life through experiences of being a human.

​My Current Work Life

​

YOGA:

 

• Currently teach yoga On-Line four times a week. This is a chair yoga practice with an emphasis on building strength, balance, flexibility and mobility. Anyone can join us! Check out the Yoga page for details.

 

• Currently teach mat yoga In-Person at the Friendly Community Center in Barrett Township PA, every Tuesday, two Saturdays a month and the last Sunday of every month is a Restorative practice.

INTEGRATIVE HEALING SESSIONS:

​

• Travel to NJ two times a month to work with clients In-Person one to one for integrated healing sessions.

• On-Line sessions are available throughout the week and by appointment if the right day and time aren't showing on the calendar.

• In Northeast PA (NEPA) available for In-Person sessions at my home office or at the clients.

MISCELLANEOUS THINGS I'M UP TO:

ON-LINE:

Hosting monthly Free Meditation and Healing.

Monthly facilitating a small Writing Group with Healing as intention.

Full Moon Gathering co-hosting with Maura Bertotti

Various Classes and Events in topics of interest to the community  - always something new to learn

IN-PERSON:

Facilitate monthly Women's Group at the Friendly Community Center in Barrett Township, PA

Co-host with Cathy Merli - Reiki Meditation and Healing Gathering at the Friendly Community Center.

Co-host with Maura Bertotti events throughout the year.

Travel to Florida each March to offer retreats and training in various topics. Also offer in person healing sessions while in the area.
