Cardinal Way Wellness, LLC

  • Pre-register for all classes and events online. 

  • Arrive at least ten minutes before class or a session begins, whether online or in person.

  • Silence or turn off your cell phone before class if in person or online. 

  • If you must leave an online or in person class early, please do so before or after Savasana meditation, not during.

  • Payment is expected in full prior to or at the time of class/session attendance. We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), cash, checks, Square, and Paypal..

  • Cardinal Way Wellness, LLC reserves the right to cancel or alter the class schedule at any time. Students will receive a full refund if a workshop or training is canceled.

Reiki Healing Sessions Disclosure

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy technique  used for stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological aliments you may have.


Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care you may be receiving. It is up to the client to assume sole responsibility for their own health and for the results of any sessions provided by Cardinal Way Wellness and its practitioners. Healing Sessions do not replace conventional medical diagnosis or treatment.  It is solely up to the client to continue taking medication prescribed by a licensed medical physician. Clients release Cardinal Way Wellness and its practitioners from all legal liability during participation in the Reiki/Healing Sessions. 

Privacy Policy

INTRODUCTION:
Cardinal Way Wellness holds yoga, wellness, private healing sessions and fitness classes. We are committed to protecting any data that we collect from you. By using our services, you agree to the use of the data that we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect the minimum amount of information about you that is commensurate with providing you with a satisfactory service. This Privacy Policy indicates the type of processes that may result in data being collected about you. Your use of this website gives us the right to collect that information.


INFORMATION COLLECTED:
We may collect any or all of the information that you give us depending on the type of transaction you enter into, including your name, email, mobile phone, gender, birthday, and address, together with data about your use of the website. Other information that may be needed from time to time to process a request may also be collected as indicated on the website.


Data in relation to credit card payments and reserving space in workshops and classes is processed by Wix Bookings on a secure website linked to ours (and they have their own privacy policy).


INFORMATION USE:
We use the information collected primarily to process the task for which you visited the website. All reasonable precautions are taken to prevent unauthorized access to this information. This safeguard may require you to provide additional forms of identity should you wish to obtain information about your account details.


COOKIES:
Your Internet browser has a built-in facility for storing small files — “cookies” — that hold information that allows a website to recognize your account. Our website, and the MindBody website, take advantage of this facility to enhance your experience. You have the ability to prevent your computer from accepting cookies, however, certain website functionalities may be impaired if you do so.


DISCLOSING INFORMATION:
We do not disclose any personal information obtained about you from this website and/or from MindBody to third parties, except when we need to do so in order to complete a transaction—e.g., when arranging to deliver goods that you have ordered. We may also use the information to keep in contact with you and inform you of developments associated with our business. You will be given the opportunity to remove yourself from any mailing list or similar device. If at any time in the future we should wish to disclose information collected on this website to any third party, it would only be with your knowledge and consent.
We may from time to time provide information of a general nature to third parties — for example, the number of individuals visiting our website or completing a registration form, but we will not use any information that could identify those individuals.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY:
Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be placed here and will supersede any previous version. We will take reasonable steps to draw your attention to any changes in our Policy. However, to be on the safe side, we suggest that you subscribe to our newsletter to ensure that you receive all subsequent and relevant communications.
