Reiki Level 1 Attunement

Cost: $150

This day long class will give you an immersion into Reiki, its history and origins. We will learn about the practice of Reiki, its ideals, benefits and ethical practice. With Level I Attunement we learn to practice on ourselves first to gain a better understanding of this ancient healing practice. Ann is mastered in both Usui and White Light Reiki and will be teaching a blend of both traditions. It is advisable to get a good night’s rest before Reiki Level I Attunement. Eating lightly and abstaining from alcohol and recreational drugs will allow the mind to be clear and open for the day’s activities.

Note: The mentoring follow up included with this class will be held on Thursday, May 30th from 6-7:30pm
