About The Event
This is an 8 week series being held on Monday's - Starting September 9th-October 28th
Get to know a whole new dimension of yourself. Your life is energy, and understanding how that energy is organized and how to work with it through yoga and healing arts is an empowering act of self-awareness.
Join me as we discover how to understand, explore and ultimately restore our energy to an optimal state. Each session will include discussion, activities and some gentle yoga practice.
