This will be a 4 week series - 

1st Week - Root and Sacral Chakra

2nd Week - Solar Plexus & Heart Chakra

3rd Week - Throat Chakra & Third Eye Chakra

4th Week - Crown Chakra and Wrap Up of the Series

Each session will have a discussion, group activity and some movement. Participation in all sessions is highly recommended.  No drop ins for this series.
