About The Event

Join Ann and Maura in person for a guided meditation and reiki energy blessing. Chairs will be provided, or you can sit or lay on the floor, please bring your own items for comfort.

This guided meditation quiets the body and mind so that we can receive the benefits of the powerful healing effects for emotional, physical and spiritual well being. 

There is limited seating for 12 for this event.

Please be advised that masks are optional for this session.
