About The Event
Join Ann and Ginny for a day retreat.
Returning to the Senses: A Day with Nature is an invitation to step out of the rush of daily life and back into your lived, sensing body. We will engage in activities that enliven our eyes to see anew, ears to hear with new awareness, nose to smell with renewed appreciation, taste to try new, and tactile sense to awaken our sense of touch.
This day will move between some time outdoors (weather permitting) and time indoors, offering space to walk, notice, collect natural objects, reflect, and create simple projects that help bring the experience of nature inside to create and connect with others. Together, we’ll engage our senses, --- without striving, fixing, or performing.
All activities are accessible and adaptable. You do not need to consider yourself “creative,” physically flexible, or experienced in any particular practice. This is about participation, presence,…
