I LOVE YOGA, I TEACH YOGA
Join Me

In 1996 I fell in love with yoga. I have been on and off my mat many times, maybe like you. I have always found my way back to yoga to create steadiness, flexibility, calm and peace in my life. In 2016 I became a yoga teacher. It's been an amazing journey ever since.

My love of teaching has grown into a passion for making yoga truly accessible—for everyone. No matter your flexibility, mobility, age, or circumstances, yoga can meet you where you are. Whether you're recovering from an injury, use a wheelchair, can't get on the floor, or even need to practice from bed—you can do yoga. And I’m here to help you find your way in.

Chair Yoga: I teach this practice On-Line 4 times a week. Monday-Wednesday(2x)-Friday. Chair Yoga makes yoga accessible to everyone, we can accommodate. Our practice incorporates sitting and standing practice (if able, not necessary).

WHY YOGA?

Owner in Tree Pose

If you’ve come to me for a healing session, you’ve probably heard me ask, “Do you practice yoga?” or I may have suggested a few poses. So why yoga? What’s the big deal?

The physical practice of yoga—called asana—is simply movement connected with breath. And that, right there, is why I encourage it so often. Of course, there are many ways to move (and I’ll share a few below), but yoga is my personal path, and I love to share it.

After receiving energy work, your body begins to process and shift. Rest, hydration, and self-care are essential. But there’s something else just as important—movement. When we stop moving, our energy can become stagnant, leading to even more imbalance in body, mind, and spirit.

In my experience, yoga is the sister to energy healing.

An energy session can lift disharmony to the surface, but that movement needs to continue afterward. Healing isn’t something that happens to us—it’s something we participate in. When we stay present through breath and intentional movement, we help the body integrate and restore its natural balance.

And if yoga doesn’t feel like your thing, that’s totally okay. Walking, dancing, rowing, paddling, drumming, Tai Chi, Qigong—any movement that brings you joy is a gift to your system.

If you’re curious about yoga or want personalized guidance, I offer private instruction in my space, at your home, or online. Just reach out—I’d love to help you begin or deepen your practice.

Movement is life. Breath is life.
