Essential Chakra Study ~ First 3 Chakras

Service Description

Cost is $75.00 and can be paid $25 at each session. Join me for 3 Wednesday evenings in October. In this workshop we will delve deeply into the first 3 chakras. Understanding the foundation chakras through age related development gives us more curiosity and awareness to our current life challenges that affect our body, mind and spirit. With unconditional love and support we will work together in a small group setting. As we discover new ways to look at the age related challenges that create our view of the world, we can feel supported to keep the the core things that work for us and release the ones that no longer serve. There will be some writing, meditation, group work and movement practice included in this workshop. Disclaimer: This work will involve looking, feeling and moving into some of our old traumas, family of origin and ancestral threads. All 3 sessions are recommended to work together for optimal healing. If you can't make all 3, there will be other opportunities later in the year.
