Uncover Your Healing from Childhood Sexual Abuse

Three week series for women only. 

This is a sacred journey into reclaiming our heart wounding from childhood sexual abuse. Coming from my own personal experience it has been my life passion to support other women through the healing process. Together we will navigate the sensitive depths of emotional pain. We will emerge stronger, healthier, with more balance and healing in our body, mind and spirit. It is my belief and personal lived experience that we need to not only heal the mind, but most importantly the body and spirit. This takes active participation on our part. We cannot think ourselves well. 

We will create a sacred place of connection with the Divine Light of Love and Compassion. There will be no rehashing or telling of stories. This will not be a class for cross talking or advice giving. This 4 week program is for deeper self-inquiry and healing of how this trauma can still be affecting our lives today. 

This will be a small group setting with only four participants. Confidentiality and safety is our highest priority, resources will be provided for further support. You have the option to remain anonymous to the group when participating in the class.

Once you have registered for the class an additional follow up email with details will be sent out prior to the first session.

Please note: The cost of the session includes a 45 minute 1:1 session with me upon completion of the sessions. No time frame on when the session can be booked.
